The Hunter Valley is home to a diverse range of restaurants, with some of the best being found in Pokolbin. One such restaurant is Yellow Billy, which features mouth-watering dishes cooked over fire. It’s hard not to get excited about their draw card - a custom-made fire pit that will be used daily to cook proteins and vegetables. The restaurant came to me looking for some interior design ideas as well as some merchandising products. All the designs focus on a singular piece of the whole, which is Yellow Billy.
