- Your website, plus the specific pages that are underperforming if you already know which ones they are.
- What you want to achieve — more qualified leads, a rebrand, visibility in AI answers, a specific launch.
- What you have already tried, including the things that did not work.
- Your timeline — a launch date, a target quarter, or “no fixed deadline” are all useful answers.
- A budget range, even a rough one. It saves us both a round of guessing.
- Who is involved — who approves the work, and who I will deal with day to day.
